Exchanges and returns
“The terms of this section on the exchange and return of Goods apply only to cases of purchase of Goods by individuals (not having the status of an individual entrepreneur), solely for personal use.
Goods of adequate quality
The consumer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving them, and after receiving the goods – within seven (7) days, excluding the day of purchase. Return of goods of proper quality is possible in case of preserved appearance, consumer properties, box, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods ZOPPP Art. 26.1.
Exchange of non-food goods of appropriate quality is carried out, if the specified goods were not used, preserved its trade dress, consumer properties, stamps, factory labels, as well as there is a sales receipt or cash voucher or other document confirming payment for the specified goods (ZOPPP Art. 25).
An exchange of Goods of proper quality can be made only if similar goods are on sale at the Seller’s, as well as if the Goods do not have individually specific characteristics (made especially to the Buyer’s order). The possession of a particular item of Goods with such properties shall be determined in each case by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to this arrangement.
Goods of improper quality
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer shall check the completeness and absence of external defects in the product. Claims for external defects and completeness of the goods delivered to the buyer in accordance with Art. 458 and 459 of the RF Civil Code can only be asserted before or during acceptance of the goods. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer from the moment of fulfilling the seller’s obligation to hand over the goods to the buyer. Claims regarding appearance, mechanical damage and completeness shall not be accepted after the goods have been handed over.
If the Consumer receives goods of inadequate quality, i.e. with properties that do not meet the needs and requirements of buyers, do not meet the purpose and requirements for the goods, and if the seller has not agreed otherwise in advance, the Consumer is entitled to use the provisions of Art. 18 “Consumer rights in case of defects in goods” of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. Claims for refund of money paid for the goods under this clause shall be met within 10 (ten) days from the date of the relevant claim (Article 22 of the CPA). If necessary, the seller has the right to inspect the quality of such goods with the involvement of the manufacturer and conduct an examination within twenty (20) days.
The warranty period is 3 (three) months from the date of transfer or delivery of the Goods to the Buyer. The warranty is provided only for defects in the Goods occurring before the Goods are transferred to the Buyer.

Returns are made to any SDEK pickup location.
If the packaging rules are not complied with, the responsibility for damage to the goods during transport lies with the sender.
Important! The cost of return shipment of goods of proper quality is not refundable! If you return an item due to our error (factory defect, incomplete item, item with a different article), we will refund the shipping cost. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the shipment by the seller and inspection of the goods for use and defects.
